How to pay?

Do I get tracking for my order?
Yes, your tracking code will be provided once we ship out your parcel. It usually takes 6 – 10 days to process your order excluding payment processing time. The average shipping time for FREE shipping is 20 – 30 days, Express shipping 6 – 11 days.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different countries have different rates, we charge a flat rate of $15 to $40 for express shipping.
How long does it take to ship out my item?
We have a Payment processing time depending on payment method + Order processing time of 6 – 10 days.
What if my order lost in transit?
We will investigate with the courier company and pay responsibility to reship your order without any extra charge. Please reply on your shipment email if your order is lost in transit.
What if my order being seized by local custom?
We will always advise and use the best method to ship your item to avoid being taxed or seized by local custom, some times we need to ship without a shoe box to lower the risk in some strict country such as Germany, Italy and France.
In the case of being seized by custom, we will only reship it again if you comply with our shipping suggestions and method.
What is Buyer Protection?
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 6-10 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
You are allow for refunds if
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the guaranteed time.
- The item you received has serious manufacture defect. (minor loose seam, tiny shape difference, minor colour difference are not valid for claim)
You are not allow for refunds if
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, you did not collect the parcel within the requested time)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of RepFashions (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Full Refund when you do not receiving your item within 60 days of our guarantee period.

How do I pick the right size?
Different items has different size chart as they are from different brands. It is advisable to refer the size chart to pick your final size. Please be noted that our size chart measure by hand, 1-3cm error is tolerable.
